Thanksgiving vacation

Our only complaints are that the water pressure upstairs was weak, and the backyard was unusable because it was overgrown. Everything else was perfect and we would definitely stay here again. It's a great location, a great floor plan having the living room and kitchen downstairs, and the house was perfectly clean inside.

I guess if I was to have one challenge it would be the water pressure in our rental. I think this is community wide based on other reviews. Hoping that can be resolved for everyone.

Our Favorite Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at Cinnamon Shores! This was the largest group we’ve ever hosted there (7 adults, 3 small children and a dog) and there was room for everyone without feeling cramped. I cooked a full Thanksgiving dinner and had plenty of utensils and serving dishes to make it a success. The house was cleaned to perfection when we arrived and Cinnamon Shores staff kept us constantly informed via text of all the movies and events taking place in the square. The grandkids even got to visit with Santa Claus! The staff were always friendly and helpful. We all had a great time and will definitely stay there again.

Not very happy with our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was not very clean. Carpets had pet hair and food remnants before we even had just gotten to the home. No Kleenex in bathrooms and sparse t.p. And paper towels. We went and purchased our own when the office said they didn’t have any. The s’mores order for the beach was not there on the 30th which was when I ordered it for as this was my grandsons 13 th birthday. The crew got it for us anyway when we spoke to them about it. I had gone to the office that morning to change the time of it from 7pm to 8pm and they acted like it was okay....I was very disappointed with our stay. I stayed at this home last summer and it was much better. I paid the pet deposit this year and last year. I didn’t receive the pet deposit back last year. I expect to receive it this year.

Needs to be sprayed & taken care of.

The rooms were arranged perfectly with separate bathroom for each room and a bathtub in the bunkroom which was very helpful come bathtime. The house was very comfortable (especially the beds) and well stocked with dishes, spices, cooking tools. You can't beat the location....close to the beach, the swimming pool, dog park, the Square and the Great Lawn. We had an amazing time with many good memories made.

The location is convenient and just a few minutes to the beach, shops and pizzeria. We still rented a golf cart since it was easier and more fun to get around with little children. The house has all cooking utensils, outdoor grill, seasonings for cooking, and laundry detergent. Will stay there again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation at Cinnamon Shore, Port Aransas was so very enjoyable! The house was perfect for us and close to everything that we needed. There were a few issues (one ceiling fan stopped working, the ice maker needed a new filter and the garbage disposal sprung a leak...but, we called maintenance once we saw these things and they were very prompt at addressing the issues in a very cordial, professional way. That was much appreciated! Though the ceiling fan could not be fixed, or replaced, during our stay there, they brought 2 fans for us to use in the meantime.) Everyone was very kind, helpful and willing to work. I saw several workers picking up debris around the property as well as the beach on a daily basis. Security was also visible. The front desk workers were incredibly nice, extremely helpful, patient and knowledgeable on all of our questions-also much appreciated! The gold carts were great! While I wish there were a few more eating establishments there, we made it work and all was well. But, the food that was available there was amazing! I love all of the amenities that are available and appreciate all of the efforts. Well done, Cinnamon Shore! God willing, we will be back! Thank you all for being so welcoming!

The Pizza restaurant was perfect for a quick pickup meal in the evening. We enjoyed all the amenities. We took advantage of beach chairs and umbrellas, s’mores on the beach for 2 nights, and sage beach cart. It was a great vacation.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd stay at Cinnamon shores and the first in this particular house. The house itself was very nice and comfortable. We were surprised that we had no access to the garage, unlike the other two properties we previously rented. It also would have been nice to know of the home under construction directly across the street. We were disappointed in the condition of the Cinnamon Shore property this time. Grass was very high in most places and the sidewalk edging was sloppy and only half hearted. The lake behind our house was inaccessible for fishing due to trash and thick scum all around the perimeter. (We chose this property specifically for the lake fishing access). Lots of trash laying around as well. Previous two visits the property was nicely manicured and we’ll kept. Overall, the house was very nice and comfortable, the Cinnamon Shores property and lake- very disappointing.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved this house and it fit our family of 7 adults (young and older) perfectly! The outside looked similar to the other houses (a good quality for this type of property), pretty and quaint with a large front porch, but the inside was amazing!! Even better than the pictures. The beds were comfy, each bedroom had its own bathroom, the washer/dryer worked great, the kitchen was stocked better than mine at home!! We would definitely love to rent this house again and highly recommend for those with small kids as there was a bunk room with lots of storage, four twin beds plus two more pull-out beds, and it’s own bathroom. Such a great use of space! The modern farmhouse finishes and decor mixed with hues of blues and grays made it relaxing and yet elegant! When the construction around the area is complete (which was never an issue), this portion of CS will be absolutely perfect. We loved the location being in the middle between the beach access and the main circle of activities as well. We will most definitely be back to stay in this beautiful house again!

Our family is multi-generational and Lazy Days was perfect for everyone. My only suggestion is that the kitchen garbage bags be changed. The bags provided are small and not tough enough. The home did not disappoint, it is just as pictured.The service provided whether online, by phone, or in person was very friendly and welcoming. We had trouble entering the property but someone was sent right away to help. Customer Service was awesome.From the pools and the beach to the golf carts, there was always something fun to do. I will recommend Cinnamon Shores to my family and friends.
