Description on VRBO was a bit misleading regarding the beds (2 queens and 1 double). One of the queens was a short fold out sofa bed - not comfortable. The double was a futon bench that would not have slept one average American, but was advertised for 2 people. VRBO filter found this house using a filter for 2 beds and 2bathrooms. There was a description of a "guest room" with a queen bed and I received instructions for this room in my e-mail, but it was not included in the booking - so that created confusion at check-in. The house had 1.5 bathrooms, not 2. Better transparency in the description would be appreciated.The thermostat was set on a schedule which we did not know how to alter. I called the management company when we returned home one evening and the temperature in the house was 80 degrees. They were helpful, but kept asking the same questions over and over. In the end, they did send a technician over to help us. This could be remedied with some instructions for the thermostat, so guests could easily set the temperature without worrying about damaging the settings.I suggested to the hosts that they ask the cleaners to leave more than a small amount of toilet paper for guests. We had to buy our own on the second day, because both rolls had less than 1/2" of paper on them.
