Enjoy the Breeze!

Loved sitting on the porch and NO Flies!!Our only problem was the door lock. We could not get in and had to have someone come and assist us. It was most difficult to operate.

Great Stay at Bay View Breeze

We had a great time staying at this Rockport beach house. Nice location very central to everything you need and many areas you want to visit nearby. Very well equipped for cooking!

Pest problem

We reported a pest issue that ruined our babies formula and our cookong experiences throughout the duration of our trip. No one contacted us to even apologize or offer a resolution to the poor experience. We love the location and the house appeared nice. But set anything on the counter and there would be sugar ants. We had to purchase ant killer that actually worked to get rid oulf the ants after 3 days staying there. They had the little traps in the pantry so they were aware ot was an issue. I guess taking people's money and not really caring about their experience is how they do business. What a mess and for my wife's birthday experience.
After we dropped bait they really started coming out

What we started to wipe up all the specks are ants

Relaxing Family Getaway

This property was perfect! As soon as we opened the door, it was clean and airy. The decor was beautiful and the location was amazing. It is only one block from the water in a very quiet neighborhood. The front deck was perfect in the evening to see the moon and early morning to watch the sunrise!

Beach Getaway

Took our family for a gulf coast getaway and it was so peaceful and enjoyable!!! The house was very clean, comfortable and quiet. The only issue I had were the MOSQUITO’S!! Oh my goodness make sure you have bug spray!!!!! The downtown has some beautiful shops and galleries. Easy drive to Port Aransas, Corpus Christi, Padre Island. Good time!

Second time here

The house is lovely. Very spacious although somewhere to hang clothes in the second bedroom would be wonderful! The owners provide everything you might need to prepare meals or do laundry. The decor is so pretty. Rockport is very nice and the location of the house is ideal for walking to the beach if the weather cooperates which it did not do very much this visit! The television system is streaming only which meant we could not get any local news or weather channels which seemed odd. Highly recommend a stay in this property.

Family getaway!

We loved our stay here! The house was beautiful and cozy- had a great view for morning sunrises. It had everything we needed. Close to downtime and the public beach. It was our first time visiting Rockport and we truly enjoyed it!

Clean, modern and well stocked house

Stayed here with family, including small children, to celebrate my mom's 50th birthday, and it was very fun, clean and safe! They had everything provided for us including dish soap, detergent for the dishwasher and laundry, very modern laundry machines, full size fridge with freezer, lots of cooking ware and other kitchen essentials to cook meals at home. It was a very comfortable home and I loved how it was decorated. Only 8 minutes from the main beach but you could see the ocean from the house where there are private piers.

Lovely Property

This was such a pretty home. The decor was perfect for a beach house. They most everything we could have needed. Would have liked to have a throw to use on the sofa. There were no beach chairs available to use on the property, so we purchased a couple at Walmart. We did not utilize the bbq grill, it looked quite rusted and not very safe to put food on. The property manager was very nice and took care of a couple little things that came up while we were there. Only other suggestion would be to upgrade your sheets and bath towels. Sheets were rough as were the towels. However, the beach towels were very nice and a great amenity. Overall, we loved Bay View Breeze and would return at any time!!

Read the Fine Print

We really enjoyed our stay in Rockport. The house was comfy, clean & decorated so beachy. Great flow, storage, appliances & gas grill. The neighborhood is great for a walk. Quiet & relaxing. Close proximity to shopping. Beds/couches/outside seating all comfy. Everything was so great. They truly took care of every detail including labels & little signs here & there. Until, I took a shower. A cold shower. Apparently, there is a tiny “heads up” on confirmation that reveals the fact that the cold is hot/hot is cold. Fair warning to future patrons. I had a cold shower b/c I failed to read everything & open every link on the email. I called Vacasa, and she quickly pointed out that it was my fault that I had a cold shower due to not reading every little thing provided in confirmation. Lesson learned. However, once we figured this out, we had no other issues & we really enjoyed our stay! The sunrises from balcony & views of bay were gorgeous. The actual local beach area was about a 10 minute drive from property, but very doable. Cost $10 per car for beach entrance. The coastal breezes were so nice. A very nice stay after my shower!!
