Great location and well provisioned

The kitchen had more than enough equipment for our needs and the available beach items was amazing (floats, chairs, wagon, etc). The property is super close to the beach access road entrance.

Good stay

The property was cute and clean and had a well stocked kitchen. It was a convenient location being close to the beach and we loved all the extras in the big closet downstairs. Our only complaint would be that The downstairs smelled strongly of mold.

This place will likely serve your needs just fine, with some minor annoyances. Pros: clean, close to beach, kids pool, ample parking, nice shower pressure, beach things to borrow. Cons: kitchen needs broom, food storage containers, plastic cups for pool area. Uncomfortable furniture. Upstairs TV not working properly. Playground closed.

There is construction going on right next door to this rental. The playground is closed for repairs, but there’s no evidence that any work is going on there. Neither of these issues were disclosed to us. The children’s pool is in need of repairs. It looks really beat up and some of the play features don’t work like they are supposed to. I have stayed at this complex many times, but always on the side with the larger adult pool. This unit was disappointing compared to what we are used to. It has bottom of the line appliances throughout. Instead of assigned parking spaces in front of the door, they are along the nearby fence. Someone else parked in one of our spaces every night. I’m mobility impaired, so having to park farther away was a real issue. It was spring break, so there was loud music and conversation from our neighbors every night. It did not last late into the night and something that we expected, so it wasn’t a big deal. If you want a quiet place, this is not it. The condo is stocked well for beach activities. There are lots of sand toys, beach towels and chairs. This was very much appreciated. We only cooked breakfast, so the cookware was adequate for us. The dishes and glassware are mostly ok. There are too many coffee cups (several with chips) and not enough big glasses. The condo and furniture are in great condition. The mattresses are comfortable. One bed has good king size pillows. The other bed has small lumpy uncomfortable pillows. The coverlet on this bed felt sandy when we arrived. The bath mats did too. There was hair on the towels and floor in this room too. Some of the coffee cups had coffee stains that had to be cleaned. Other than that, the condo appeared clean. I don’t trust Vacasa to disclose important information about their rentals, because they did not do so on this one

Cozy, comfortable vacation

This rental was perfect for our trip of 4. We had plenty of space to not feel crowded. This rental also offered so many little extras, ie., hand soap, shampoo, soap, extra blankets, dish soap, sponge and etc. We also really enjoyed being close to the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for 4 nights earlier this week and loved this rental. Plenty of space for the two of us and our pet. Didn't show any of the common wear and tear that you see in beach rentals. Kitchen was well supplied for our needs. Location is very convenient for a walk to the beach and also convenient to nearby restaurants and stores. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Kept me very informed about dates, access instructions, etc.

Wonderful stay

The condo was a great place to stay. The property was nice & updated, & felt very safe. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of plates, cooking utensils, etc. There was also both a coffee pot & a Keurig. The beds & pillows were comfortable. (The pull out couch mattress was very thin, so I wouldn't recommend.) The condo seemed very clean, although had a mildew-y smell when we first arrived (dissipated after the first day). The balcony was nice for drinking coffee in the morning. We purchased a beach parking permit for $12, which made driving to the beach a breeze. The condo also had board games, some beach chairs, a wagon, & extra beach towels. Our 3 year old loved the on-site playground, splash pad, & pool. I will mention that the stairs up to the second floor are somewhat steep, so if you have someone with bad knees, etc. it may be challenging. Overall, we had a great experience & I would highly recommend!

Great stay and close to the beach

Great property that fit all four in our family. Beach was about a block and half away and there were two swimming pools at the property. Electronic check in was easy process.

Cute, clean home with all the needed amenities.

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Pros: It was clean. Has a nice selection of kitchen amenities. Has extra beach towels and a break wagon if you want to walk to the beach (we never do since we can drive onto the beach). Nice pools in the complex. Great location to white cap beach. Several families were grilling on the charcoal grills in the complex. Cons: squeeky box spring in the master bedroom. We couldn't find the extra sheets for the fold out couch, but the manager was quick to respond and delivered some to the condo.

Great Stay and Will Return!

Our family of 5 with 3 young children and one small dog really enjoyed our time here. This was our first trip to Corpus Christi and this unit was a great set up for us. The pool, splash pad, and playground were wonderful to let our kids play when we took breaks from the beach that was a short drive or walk away. The management was responsive and helpful. The unit was clean and stocked with more than we expected; perhaps that was our luck in timing after previous vacationers. In addition to two dishwasher packets and two laundry packets, it also had plenty of beach towels, basic spices, and a step stool. Anything we needed to restock or that we forgot we were able to pick up at HEB along the way or HEB Plus just a short distance away. Our children are young enough to have shared the bed this year; next year we may need to use the pull out sofa or a different unit with another bed. Next time we hope to stay longer to explore more of the area. Thank you!

Would be glad to have the same unit again. The beach is literally right around the corner. You can walk but the drive is easy and you can park right on the beach.
