Two bedrooms offer porch or balcony access—the primary suite with a private balcony and the first-floor pink bedroom with access to a shared porch. If a pet is seen entering In Honor of Summer the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of the time of day or night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property.
