Family Trip

Our stay at this condo was wonderful. Beautiful decor, very clean and plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare and cook your meals. Lots of Amenities were available, but we spent our time on the beach. Beds were comfortable and made with very nice linens. We would highly recommend this unit. This resort is still in the building stage but we never heard any of the construction noise.

Beautiful home

This condo was beautiful. The beds were extremely comfortable. The sofa and chairs were beautiful and comfy. I loved the outdoor furniture. While the kitchen was beautiful and there are plenty of plates and bowls, there were no spoons to eat with, only serving spoons. The toaster does not work. There were only one thin potholder. It would not be easy to cook in the kitchen, which is a shame because it is beautiful.

Wasn’t perfect but overall a good experience. Nice resort community with good amenities, including on-site restaurants. Only real negative was upstairs condo had a toddler who ran back and forth many times and every footstep could be heard. Otherwise, nice furniture and welcomed breeze on the outside balcony.

The unit is nicely furnished, clean, and well maintained. Guest services staff was responsive, professional, and helpful. Easy check out and check in process. Reservation process also easy and simple. My family enjoyed the stay esp the beach. The weather was perfect for swimming and the golf rental made it easier for beach access and more fun for my 19 yo son to take us around the resort. Except for the on site construction going on around the resort, esp the repair going on right outside our door, our stay was what we hoped for.

Roach infestation

The communal property was nice, and condo looked nice. However, there was a roach infestation. We were not given a chance to move to another unit and had to be out of the unit for extermination and re-cleaning. It didn’t get rid of the roaches. On site staff were polite, but I expected a full refund. Just not acceptable.

Improvements needed

We stayed at Palmilla Beach Resort for my husband’s birthday and we were a bit disappointed. The home was relatively clean and well put together except when it came to the pull-out couch. This condo was labelled as sleeping 6 people assuming the pull-out would be used. Therefore, it was extremely frustrating when there were no sheets, pillow cases, or clean blankets for the pull out. Our friends had to sleep on unclean pillows and then sheets taken from the other two beds the first night. Unreasonable conditions for this price point!! Additionally, the directions on where things were located on property and how things functioned could have been communicated in a much better way. For example, you are going to need a golf cart to go to the beach and you are going to need to reserve one otherwise you run a high risk of being unable to find one nearby. The lack of instructions and timelines of the ones we did receive was disappointing and frustrating.

Great Stay!

This condo is in a great location, beautifully decorated, roomy with very comfortable bedding! The kitchen had everything we needed and the guest services offered beach setup rentals that were reasonably priced and allowed us to hit the beach without lugging chairs and Umbrellas back and forth! They also offer golf cart rentals which we also enjoyed for 2 days! Great communication from vacasa, with immediate response to any issues, (although minute and few). We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Beach Condo in Port A

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fantastic and the community was top notch. TurnKey Mgt is great! We left an item in the room and they were able to find it and were kind enough to arrange to mail it back to our home. Great service, will def use them again next vacation!

Spacious condo in Palmilla

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely decorated condo, very spacious and clean.Here's a few suggestions to make it better:-The towels need updating, they are very very dingy and some are stained-Update the description on website to say there's a Keurig coffee maker, also provide the proper funnel size filters for the coffee maker that's there-The neighbors upstairs...you can hear every move.-Balance the washer, it's a fantastic W/D but you can barely put anything in it without throwing it all off balance-the exterior of the condo needs some maintenance, the inside is way nicer than what it looks like from the outside
