The staff was super helpful with any needs. The grass areas of South need to be sprayed for mosquitoes, weeds and stickers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at Cinnamon Shores. Last year we stayed in a condo, but this year we decided on a house/cottage and Isle of Dogs did not disappoint. Location is close to the lake with ample parking for cars and golf carts. Living and kitchen are good size. The kids loved the bunk room. Master bed was very comfy. There is an outdoor shower that we discovered at the back of the house on our last day. Construction is around, but did not bother us at all. It’s going to be a perfect location once South is completed. The only negative is there is no closet or dresser in the bunk room and no dresser in the master to place clothes in. We lived out of our suitcases for 5 days which wasn’t the end of the world, just inconvenient due to limited space.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a very good time in the Rental and at Cinnamon Shore South. The rental itself was clean and comfortable. The King Bed was comfortable, but the room itself was a little cramped due to the size of the bed versus the room especially with dog crates in there. The bunk room was good for the 2 boys. The beach and pool are easy to get to with a golf cart. After spending a little time at the beach, we really enjoyed the pools and the associated snack bars. The property was great for the boys, and they caught 3 redfish out of the nearby pond. We would definitely recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay overall, but we wanted to bring two issues to your attention: 1. The headboard in the primary bedroom was loose and made very loud noises when someone in the bed moved at all, and 2. The thermostat on the second level was not very user-friendly. We suggest either replacing it or placing instructions directly above the thermostat. We found the instructions in the information binder, but only after an uncomfortably hot night where we couldn't figure out how to lower the temperature.

The cottage was well appointed and perfect for our family of 5 and 2 dogs. A pack n play fit perfect in the second bedroom. We were grateful to have a tub in that bathroom to make bathing babies easier. There were several great places to walk our dogs. The lake is right outside and loved enjoying the dock and fishing - it had late afternoon/evening shade. Easy golf cart ride to the beach and we love the south side pool.

I loved sitting out on the deck drinking coffee and hearing the sound of the water and the breeze. We enjoyed having everything there at our fingertips, golf cart rentals, beach chair rentals, food, pool etc. it was an awesome experience. We will be back and have referred family and friends to come out. Thank you! Home was clean and the bed so comfortable! It was nice to be able to cook or make coffee if we so desired.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home itself was very clean and was so new that our keys did not work upon arrival nor was power on so we almost lost our groceries. The home was perfect but the construction leaves a lot to be desired for the actual area. The beach is a hike from the home and you have to drive 1.5 miles to get to CS North to eat but it wasn't bad with a golf cart. The amenities of CS are wonderful and the pools are great! Overall a wonderful stay! I will definitely go back when CS South is built out more.

Perfect for a small family or couple, we enjoyed the short walk on the boardwalk to the awesome new pool at South! Kitchen has everything we needed, plus a washer and dryer to keep towels clean. The sofa pulls out if everyone will not fit into the queen master, full size bottom bunk and twin top bunk. Plus I can forget about trying to figure out what to do with the dog and bring him with! Will definitely return!

New, hip, well-designed cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a fab cottage with thoughtful touches and the most comfortable beds. The design is spot-on to maximize space for a family with kids. It was fun to stay there and enjoy the owners thoughtful pieces of flare. The only negative was the extensive construction of cinnamon shores south- this is beyond the owners control, and there are perks (fab Pool with low traffic) but the construction in the area is extensive and the ambience of the cinnamon shores north experience is not there yet. If you can turn that lemon into lemonade this cottage is a great choice. It will be a perfect choice when the construction has died down.

I’m not sure how you expect guests to stay on the pullout couch on the first floor with no shades on the windows for privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, but you’ll need to bring your own K-cups for the coffee machine. The dog items were a nice touch. We hope to make it back again soon!
