Nice little getaway

We had a nice little getaway, we enjoyed our stay. The home was neat and clean. When we got there we were a bit skiddish of the area, but as the Days went on we were comfortable and felt safe with the security on the property. Also the beach access was so nice. I would stay there again.

Family Vacation

Really loved the location and proximity to the beach! Condo was nice and clean and they provided some extras for us just in case. The elevator was out the entire trip and the building was not accessible, which made it hard because my husband has a bad knee and it was very hard to get him up to the condo.

Perfect location! Super close the Texas state Aquarium! The place was just like the pictures, very clean. A cozy place to relax while on vacation.

Nicely decorated and quaint little home. Proximity to the beach was a plus. Building itself is rundown and the pools were very dirty so we did not use them and access to a pool was important to us in picking a place to stay.

I took my granddaughter for a weekend, when we arrived there was still water all over the roads due to the recent storm. The property isn't clearly marked so we drove over 15 mins trying to find the property. Once I found it the property there were 2 young people working the front desk and neither of them knew that the unit was in their complex, after several minutes the young lady stated she did believe it was in the complex. Again no elevator service no one bother to mention that fact. There was trashed stacked every where. Once the girls helped me up the 3 flights of stairs the landing was nothing but plywood boards not covering no extra decking. After walking the decking one at a time since I had no idea if it was sturdy the door won't unlock so again we have to walk back down the decking and stairwell. I reach out to the property owner who stated the batteries were probably no good. So fortunately the office was still open and give me a key. when we pulled back the bedding on the top there were dirty close under the pillow!!! I reached out to the property owner to address this and he told me it was just unfortunate timing due to the storm. This place is unsafe not only due property condition but other residents as well!!!

Great place to stay!

Overall happy with everything. The condo was clean and well prepared for our stay. Couldnt get the kuerig to make my coffee but because of location we had options around us. Would stay here again!

Cute and Beachy. Great View

The actual condo unit was nicely decorated, good use of space and they had extras. It had a great view on the balcony. Beds and pillows were super comfy. The bunk beds are not twin. They are significantly shorter and wider. Fro this trip it was fine but had we had 6 people then 2 would have had hard time seeing in them for size. Great for kids or smaller teens. Would have liked a blow dryer, pitcher to make tea and a blender in the kitchen. They had books and games. The ceiling fan in the bedroom did not work but the humidifier really made a difference. The check in was super easy. Front Office were really friendly. The location of the property itself was super convenient. So the sons are all the property management in of the actual building. The elevator Madea lot of noise and felt unsafe the first day. After that it was out of order the remainder of the weekend. There was a lot of construction going on. We had an issue the first night that did not make us feel safe. A construction crew was playing music by their vehicles and drinking around 6:30. Rules are they only have access till 6 pm. We ignored them and walked on by. The problem was they were there all evening and when we complained about it to the front office the first time they did nothing. At 10:30 pm we came back from dinner. They were still thene and one of them was so drunk he was throwing up. We complained again and they finally left.

Not clean

Rental had old coffee sitting in the microwave, and dirty used washcloth in the sink. The wifi was working and hosts did not respond when we sent a message. The elevator wasn’t working and one of the pools was empty. We do understand however that is out of their control. Overall the condo had cute decor we just wished it was cleaned better.

The condo was was excellent, Clean & in great shape. Would definitely come back again. Property was good. Those stairs are a good work out lol. Wished washers were working other than that everything was good.

Beach View

The condo itself was renovated and beautifully decorated! Villa Del Sol is a great location however they are trying to do some much needed renovations and it looks a little unkempt. Overall it was a good experience.
