Great property but would like more parking. This was the second time for us to stay and love it. Close to beach road 1A and far enough away from all the downtown traffic and still close enough to the dining and shopping. Thank you for the great stay see you next year.

Birthday getaway

It was everything we needed it to be for our weekend away. We always stay at a hotel on our birthday weekend but needed something bigger since the kids are grown and it was great. Restaurant down the street was great as it stayed open late and we did not arrive in town until late with hungry kids. Overall great stay.

Great stay in Port A

Absolutely perfect place for my family (me, wife, 5 and 7 year old). Located close to everything but in a quiet area just off the main road. Minutes to the beach or anything we needed or wanted. We stayed and swam in the two community pools and they were both great. Cooked several meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Clean and well organized. Will plan on staying here again when we come back!

The stay had plenty to donwith the children...they were sleep by 7 and i was able to watch the game while the ladies had drinks outside or at the pool.

Great for Families

With two bedrooms and a bunkroom for six, it was a perfect find for our two families. Minutes from public beach access, kitchen stocked with dishes needed, beautiful decor. Bonus: outdoor shower for rinsing off sand and a cute outdoor sitting area.

Very clean and great amenities

We enjoy everything about this property. It’s clean and has everything you need. The pool and playground area are perfect for our 3 and 6 y/o, and outdoor shower is great after a day at the beach. It’s nicely tucked away off a main road so there’s not much traffic but you’re still close to the beach and restaurants/shopping. We loved our stay and will stay again!

Overall the place is amazing! The kids loved the triple bunk beds! The pool was pretty warm so we couldn’t stay in it very long in the hot sun and we couldn’t bring the golf cart we rented across the highway but would highly recommend

Perfect Home

We shared this with another family of 4, slept all 8 of us very comfortably. Home is more spacious than online pictures show it to be. Kids love the bunk room. We would stay here again.

We arrived and the place was easy to access, clean, the property manager was easily accessible and amenities (wifi, door codes etc.) were written in clear instructions. A great find of a place!

We stay at alot of Vrbo places and this place ranked in the top few. Very nice, quite, comfortable and clean. All appliances worked properly. Host communicated quickly when I miss read the address and couldn't find the property.

Little Gray Place

Loved the location, the place seemed a lot bigger once you’re inside. There’s even an outside shower to rinse off all the sand from the beach. Had just about everything we needed. Would recommend and definitely stay again. Check-in day we arrive around 10pm. GPS only took us to the front of the subdivision. Luckily someone was walking their dog and I was able to ask her for directions to the unit.

The condo is very nice, clean. we had a couple of issues with an electrical breaker thrown making the internet go out and another day the air conditioner went out. Our host was very quick to call me - within 30 minutes and we resolved the breaker issue over the phone. He also had a repairman to fix the air within an hour. Things do happen but Rolando's response was stellar. We would stay again.

Port A Fun

The location of the property was great. The pool was awesome. The condo itself was good. Only down fall was the outside lighting would not turn on due to it only turns on with a remote control that was not available. So we had to use our own flash lights to see where we were going. The door handle in the master bedroom was loose. The fridge was really cool it had Ice circular ice cubes the kids really liked it. In all it was okay.

Nice stay

Our stay at this nice home was nice!! We really enjoyed our stay as a family. The house is well equipped with utensils and kitchen pots, etc. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and toiletries. There was a used toothbrush on the side of the living room tv stand and a dirty infant sock inside the cabinet with the Tupperware and pots. Other than that the location was clean and neat. The owner did not contact us throughout our stay until the end when he insinuated that we were still inside of the unit because his cleaning crew was trying to enter the unit (it was 11:27 am when he called, and our family was already out of the home and at the souvenir shops in town). I will admit we did not leave the parking lot until around 11:10ish as we were trying to arrange the coolers and organize the cars with the items and things we brought from our home. Overall, the stay was very nice and very comfortable!! We all enjoyed the amenities and things this home had to offer!

So it is a place for 10 with 4 forks and 2 knifes says no dogs and there was dog hair all on base boards TV s did not work WIFI did not work front gate did not lock was blowing open when we got there could be really nice place but more thought into what is needed that what on the walls would be GREAT

Great place!

This was a great house for our family to stay at while in Port Aransas. Plenty of room for all eight of us. I will say also the owner is great with communicating as well! We had a fun little mishap (self caused) the first night and he was very helpful and nice trying to help us. All turned out great! Would definitely stay again!
