„Dirty, poorly prepped . Looked like it was designed as a frat house ! Bed upstarts unusable and bed in the closet is mattress on the floor . Fence broken and generally the place was in ill repair We were in a jam at the holiday unable to find another place or I would have left. It is close to downtown but sits in the middle of an industrial area which is largely abandoned or under construction, not a pleasant place to sit in the porch “

„Overall the property was exactly as advertised. Extremely quiet neighborhood, which was perfect. As others have noted in their reviews, there was definitely a mustiness to the house, but to be expected with the basement built into the hillside. The owners do have air purifiers running to counteract. The owners are extremely responsive. They have a nice detailed handbook with items about the house, as well as restaurants, sites to see, etc.Overall a good place to stay.“

„Extremely clean property! Beds are very comfortable! Water pressure is great! Hot tub is hot! Heat was great when coming in from a frigid time at The Island. I will say we were a tad disappointed that the listing is shown as entire home when booking and then the description states lower level only. However, the location and comfortability of the property made up for that and was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children! „Host was responsive and accommodating. House was locked when we arrived but we were able to contact them through the ring doorbell to gain access. House was perfect for our party of three. All new appliances. Kitchen is as it appears in pictures. Steep driveway with level parking for 3 vehicles. So, if you're hauling a trailer/boat/etc...be prepared to park in the street. “
