« First, we didn't get the check-in instructions until we arrived. So we had tried a code I got from VRBO but that wasn't right, so had to call host. Secondly, the condition of the unit did not meet our expectations. It did not look like the pictures on the website. It is in need of some TLC. And to greet us, was a leaking kitchen ceiling!
