« I stayed at Superior Living for 4 nights in April 2024. Overall, this property offers great value for the money. Pros: 1. Convenient location for CSU and downtown. I was able to get around on foot, or using shared bicycles, but it can get isolated if you don't like to walk a fair amount (or have a rental car). 2. Lots of space, including a nice kitchen. 3. Bright and airy room with high ceilings. Areas for improvement 1. I had some difficulty getting into the property, as clear instructions...

« This rental is beautiful! If you have a small group this is the place for you. It's clean and tidy and has everything you need inside and out. We didn't get a chance to walk the trails on the property this time, but we have in the past and they are beautiful. We loved waking up and seeing the ponies in the pasture and enjoyed the quiet, peaceful surroundings. This is a great place to relax and unwind after a busy day hiking! We will definitely stay here again. »

I stayed with my husband and 2 year old and it was a little small for us but would definitely stay again if it was just me and my husband! Host was amazing and had great communication.
