„We had a great time visiting some friends in Santa Cruz. The house was spacious and thoughtfully equipped. It had everything we needed, and a lot of additional useful things such as toys for our toddler to play with and a wagon for beach outings. Location was also central for everything we wanted to do. “

„We had a great 40th birthday trip at the house! It is a great property and hosts are very responsive. There was an issue that the listing when we booked (8 months prior) had different information that was changed without notice. However, once the issue was discovered it was resolved - very responsive. We loved the hot tub and walking distance to downtown! “

„Our family of 12 spent two weeks during the Christmas holidays in this home and we all enjoyed and loved every inch of this place. The rooms are comfortable. There is more than enough space for big groups to enjoy both together and apart. The adults and the kids alike loved the mini golf, pool tables and the fire pit. The arcade game was a hit. What a breathtaking view particularly on New Year’s Eve! We highly recommend this home.“
