« The lady at the reception was really kind and gave us quite a few good tips for dinner. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. We had a little walk down to the private shore which is really beautiful. The only con here is about breakfast: first, the previous hosts' breakfast had been left on our terrace; second, our own breakfast was quite limited, we would have liked to have a choice. »

« Very well equipped and clean! Great communication with the owners and they made sure we had everything we needed. Easy check-in and checkout. Small guest house but it “lives big”. Beautiful location from Downtown Harbor and Ocean Point. Been traveling to Boothbay for over 50 yrs. (yes we are old). Started by camping there and then to many different cottages over the years. I must say this is one of the top two on the list. Looking forward to staying there again! Can I say, relaxing property! »

« Had an amazing stay. Clean and very convenient to town. Parked the car and never used it everything was within walking distance. Only suggestion would be a door stop on the wall by the bathroom in the bedroom. The door opens easily and afraid it's going to hit the wall and damage it. Have recommended to friends. Thank you for a great stay »

« This was the perfect spot to stay with my husband, our four year old son, my parents, and our two dogs. The house was clean and very spacious with more than enough room for us all. The yard is beautiful and peaceful. We were lucky enough that our stay fell while the lupins, peonies, and roses were all in bloom all over the property. There were fireflies in the evening over the field. We had easy day trips all over the midcoast: Boothbay and the botanical gardens, Camden, Belfast, Castine,...

« We loved our stay at the forest getaway….the entire place was so relaxing, thoughtfully decorated, and enjoyable to be in. It was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in!
