„De hotel zelf in de residence heeft hele slechte service geen vriendelijk persoonlijk. Echt vreselijke personeel alhoewel de personeel die over de kamers gaan en echt over de five appartementen zelf zijn super. Ze doen er alles aan om het je aangenaam te houden. Zeer goede afhandeling. Borg wordt netjes terug gegeven je krijgt voldoende tijd om uit te checken er wordt een dag van te voren gevraagd of je later uit wilt checken. Zijn flexibel omtrent de schoonmaak.
