„The studio apartment is in a very convenient location. It is a lovely walk to Yale. Many restaurants just outside the door. My friends, who joined me for a meal, found parking easily. It was a plus having use of a parking pass for Dwight Street. We never had a problem getting a parking spot. We also loved being able to bring our two small pups with us. The bottle of wine was a thoughtful touch. “

„The apartment is beautifully restored, whimsically decorated with very nice furniture which is also comfortable. There are lights and outlets everywhere!! Linens and towels sparking clean and brand new!! All kinds of kitchen equipment. As an “older person”!! „Marie is an excellent host. She is very responsive and eager to help. The is apartment is beautiful, spacious and in a very nice area. Most everything you need is in walking distance and the river is just a few blocks away. Parking for the apartment is in the driveway only steps from the door. There are motion lights that come on when you pull in, making it a very safe walk from your vehicle to the door. We only stay at short term rentals and this is the nicest one we’ve ever stayed in.
