« The staff were wonderful, including the manager, who calmly and kindly helped us through a booking issue with Expedia in that we only had one room for the stay, while we had booked two through Expedia. The staff made an extra effort to make Christmas morning special, by dressing up in holiday jumpers and the buffet included luscious strawberries, whipped cream and chocolate chips fashioned into adorable santas. « L’hôtel est très confortable et bien localisé just à côté du old Mystic village. La piscine un peu petite et pas très propre mais peut-être aussi parce qu’il y avait beaucoup de monde. Le petit déjeuner, décevant car peu de choix mais le yaourt frais très original ! »

« One of the things that stood out the most was the pool. The pool was heated like a sauna we enjoyed it very much. Everything was nice and clean. There was plenty of towels at the pool. Breakfast was good There was a very big variety of food also they gave us bags so that you can pack a breakfast to go. I thought that was great. The kids really loved it »

« Loved everything about our stay from the easy check in to check out. We stayed in the Southwest room. The level of detail was above and beyond from soft Christmas music playing in our room when we entered, the stockings hanging on the fireplace to the candles and little matches around the jacuzzi. Breakfast was great. I can’t truly describe how every little thing was thought of and provided and we were able to truly relax. We will definitely be back. »
