Nos offres d'appart'hôtels pour les week-ends à Côte du nord du Kenya

« I reserved and paid back in October. When we arrived on Jan 11 -- we were told that our reservation was cancelled. In fact they were hosting a wedding - and cancelled our reservation without any warning. They proposed a disgusting replacement hotel (one-star backpacker hotel) which was 30€ per night rather than the 90€ per night we paid. We wasted 2 hours of limited time in beautiful Lamu. They refused to reimburse us and refused to send an email confirming that they cancelled a paid reservation...

« Very beautiful hotel, little paradise with pools of charm, incredible bar, sea view rooms breathtaking! Hôtel décoration, statues, furnitures are so well thought every thing there is very beautiful. Staff and management team are very dynamic, welcoming, supportive and very helpful. They will help you organise unforgettable surprise for your love one. There is a lot of activities to be done, visits of islands, sand bicycle, kayaking, boat excursions etc... the water center is very well...

« The location is great. But the property owner wasn't honoring expedia booking . Since it was late (5:30pm) , he allowed me to stay one night but next day I had to check out. Overpriced for the quality or upkeep of the lace. It is great for people looking for unconventional family owned traditional set up but a non for business travellers. Only one electrical point for charging in one room was another turndown »

« The owner of the Hotel pretended not to have any business relations with this site. Even though i have paid the full amount, they charged me more and i had to pay them directly, in order to have my room. Confrontation and a stressful experience, with not much support from the management staff. Hotel is not very clean, but a basic breakfast was served. »
