« Cottage was adorable and just as advertised. Great location and steps to Baby Beach. The views were lovely. Host was super responsive and even accommodated us when the ferries were canceled due to TV r hurricane. A great little gem downtown! »

« The house was very clean and bright with lots of extras like gear for the beach, games/materials for indoor activities, etc. The bedrooms were just as described, and we also made use of the washer/dryer. The beach is within a short walking distance, as is a convenience store and local restaurants. The property owner was very easy to deal with, and quickly responded to our messages. »

« I stayed at Arnie's place, on the 2nd level, with a friend of mine, while our husband's were fishing off Block Island for a few days. This is my second time staying with Arnie. Previously, I have rented his studio-style apartment, when visiting with my husband. Arnie's place is a good location. We flew in from Westerly airport, and could literally walk from the airport to Arnie's in less than 5 minutes. It's also about a 15-20 minute walk over to Payne's Dock and about the same amount of time...

« The cottage was small but cute. It's a motel room with a kitchen in the back. The room you walk into is both the living room and bedroom. The bathroom is a good size.I would rent here again for myself but it would be too small for more than a day or two to bring the husband and dog. There was no laundry in the room and I didn't look for laundry facilities.Very clean! »

« We were all thrilled with our stay! The location can’t be beat, close to everything in town. The rocking chairs on the front porch were great for morning coffee, evening wine, and people watching. The suite was spacious, clean, comfortable and appointed with all of the necessities (and then some). The pull out couch was very comfortable and appeared brand new. Holly was great and easy to work with. When we come back, we will try booking the same place, if not another property managed by this...

« Overall, we had a really excellent stay. The apartment was very clean with a lot of items that looked brand new. The king bed was very comfortable, and we appreciated access to linens, towels, and a washer and dryer. The location was ideal, except for hearing some loud music, from nearby bars, on weekend nights. »

« We had an amazing time, and the view from this property could not be beat! The apartment was clean and the decor was lovely. Beach chairs and towels were provided. The dirt road was difficult to navigate with bikes, and was a bit more removed from town than I had expected. I would stay here again if I had a car on the island. »

« The NEST is just that
 a cozy nest 
 it was spacious but intimate
 the bedrooms were on either side which is a plus!! And for me a comfortable bed is the main issue as it can make or break a vaca and my bed was extremely comfortable !!! Black out curtains are my second thing and it had them. Even the couch was comfy
 we didn’t cook in but kitchen was well stocked 
 we were very happy with our stay. Hopefully we can rent it again next Labor Day weekend for The Rhythm and Roots Festival!!! »

« The property was nice, only have a couple of suggestion. Fix the drawers in the master bedroom so they don’t fall out when opened, and a full length mirror somewhere in the house would be great. Blinds on the patio doors would provide more privacy especially at night. »

« Great location. When we arrived the door would not lock so that was concerning and wifi was not posted as it stated (and I had to work) - local contact was fine. Apartment was VERY clean. Kitchen could have been slightly more appointed and more towels (there were 4 towels for 3 people for a week and no dish towels) - for the price I expected a bit more - but ultimately it was fine for a week. »
