My only minor gripe would be to have an actual human being we could talk to when we have questions. iI sounded like the Vacasa management group was responding with AI, and they gave us incorrect information about the property amenities. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as described, when we entered we were greeted with beautiful fresh tropical flowers and lovely Hawaiian treats. The ground floor unit has a walk out lanai where you can have your feet in the sand in seconds, and a nice foot bath to wash the sand off your feet was a great touch. « Great neighborhood, easy access to Grand Hyatt (where our relatives were staying). Clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the walls are thin and you can't help hearing some of the conversations and phone calls from the people in the unit next door and in the house. »
