« The staff was not helpful at all. Very rude. For a place like Hawaii I haven't seen such bad hospitality. Additionally, the pools and all common amenities are unavailable till 9 AM local time. Most travelers come from a different time zone and have young kids who wake up early. Having access to these facilities earlier in the morning would have been super helpful. »

« La localisation de l'hôtel est très bonne. Accès direct à la plage et piscine au bord de la plage. Par contre l'hôtel n'a rien de particulier ("juste dans la moyenne"). Les chambres sont petites et bruyantes. »

« The resort is lovely, the onsite restaurant was exceptional! The unit we stayed in, sadly, needs a lot of updates and general cleaning. The kitchen was poorly stocked, the furniture old and worn. We would stay there again, but in a different unit. »

« Overall we had a good stay. The view from the room was incredible and definitely one of the highlights of the trip. The resort itself was nice and the staff around the property were very friendly and helpful, especially the people who shuttle guests to and from their cars. Parking is a bit of a walk from the units, so they take you by golf cart, which was convenient, though it might be a little harder for older guests. we enjoyed our stay and the view was truly amazing. »

« This was so much fun for our family! Every morning our boys (3 and 5 yo) woke up and went straight to the beach to play then warmed up in the hot tub before coming up for breakfast. The location on the island allowed us to explore the entire island. It was a bit of a drive to the canyon but well worth it. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you for everything! »

« It was like staying in a damp college dorm that was under construction. They did tell me the lobby was under construction but the whole place is. It is so damp all of my clothes felt wet and I had to walk around in flip flops even at night. I asked for a softer pillow because I have a head injury and I was told no sorry that’s all they have available. The room never felt clean and there was no light. You could barely see to do things. I would have moved hotels if we were there for longer. »
