« It is right in front of beach! »

« Con: Unhelpful staff. The tours organized by the hotel are overpriced. We were asked several times by the restaurant staff to buy them boat rides. The restaurant food is really not good. Didn't even think about doing laundry there: $2 US for panties and $1.50 US for boxer shorts (which is a bit sexist). You have to pay $5 US for a clean towel, even after 3 days at the hotel. Also, the bathroom was very old and not quite as good as the photos. The only positive point is the incredible view of...

« Petit complexe (~200 chambres). Excellent service, employés attentionnés et aimables. Meilleur wifi que j'ai vu dans un hôtel. Nourriture très bonne. Plusieurs piscines, dont 2 de 20 mètres permettant de faire des longueurs. Deux bémols: l'hôtel est à l'écart, il n'y a rien autour; aussi, su vous ne parlez pas un minimum d'espagnol, assurez-vous d'avoir une app de traduction. »

« The staff was excellent. We had an issue with our shower and we joked with the staff about how it wasn't working correctly, and the staff was super apologetic and even gave a discount when they didn't have to do that. We loved the pool for cooling down and the food was delicious. The air conditioning was on the whole weekend and offered an excellent refuge from the heat during the day. Great location right by the beach and walking distance to popular clubs and restaurants. We had a great stay. »

« The property was right on the beach, which was fabulous. Unfortunately I booked an Ocean view room with air-conditioning, and there’s no such thing. I had to choose between an ocean view or air-conditioning. The staff was incredible. They moved my bags from one room to the next. It was just sad because the ocean view room was gorgeous with a canopy and its own private balcony. But I slept like a baby with the air-conditioning. Because it is extremely hot there. »
