The towels were bright white and thick. The only less than positive things l will mention was that l thought l had a massage scheduled, but that never panned out. „We loved Casa Verapaz. The caretaker Alfonso was great and communication with Julio was excellent. The views from the living area are truly breathtaking and accommodations are wonderful. Santa Catarina Palopó is a short walk down the hill and is a great little village. Our boys played soccer with the locals there and we bought fresh tortillas for breakfast. „The staff were helpful, polite and attentive. The place was well-equipped with amenities such as high-speed WiFi, 3 tvs, hair dryer, hot water, and shampoo and conditioner. The washer and dryer were a nice touch even if we didn’t need to use them. Would definitely stay again!“
