« Great place to stay! Book it. Big open space. Great balcony with views of the ocean and the fascinating street below. Awesome AC. Washer and dryer was a luxury we used constantly. Beach shower downstairs. Supermarket and restaurants next door. Great host Raul. Honestly it’s an oasis in an otherwise beautifully chaotic place. Surf lessons and beach rentals from Pablo across the street. Monkeys daily. There’s nothing like it in the immediate area. Book it! »

« The place was clean and it was in a good location. No bed bugs. The A/C worked well and their pool was clean. We saw some wild life around the property. The matresses were not very comfortable and I would suggest at least 1 cooking pan for the oven and a few more towels. The second bathroom shower doesn’t have a divide on the floor so the bathroom was a concern when everyone showered. »

« I am giving this 5 stars because the hosts were amazing and the view was phenomenal; however there are some things to note. The showers have lukewarm water (although every sink has hot water). This was very disappointing after being out on the beach and hiking all day as all we wanted was a hot shower. The water pressure was not great in the showers. There is also only one TV in the living room and it has a line through it but not that noticeable. We tried to connect to it with our iPad as it’s...
