„We really enjoyed the large open kitchen and the spacious setup of the entire home. Once we figured out the correct way to contact the host, it was quick communication. I did have trouble locating the unit, that part could be clearer. Overall it was a great experience. “

„We stayed a week. The condo looked just like the listing. Location was great. So close to the beaches. Host replied to our messages in timely manner. The view from the balcony was really pretty. Loved the moir gardens below. It was nice that there were beach towels and chairs we could use. The weather was cooler while we were there, but we still used the a/c a couple days and it worked good. „We had such a great experience staying at this property! Check in was a breeze and all the amenities. Even though we didn’t utilize, it was a nice treat to have some streaming services available. Host and front desk were very attentive and checked in with us upon arrival and before we left to assure our needs met. Ocean and sunset was lovely from our balcony was magnificent. „My husband and I were very comfortable at the condo. We loved being able to walk to the beach at the property or to Poipubeach as well. The pool and Cabana at the athletic club were a nice alternative. The condo was clean and had all that we needed. The only thing that we found lacking was a dresser to unpack our suitcases. „Die Buchung und Organisation war tadellos. Die Ausstattung ist sperrlich und sehr einfach - es ist alles recht in die Jahre gekommen. Die KĂŒchenausstattug sollte fĂŒr den Preis besser sein - es gibt kein vernĂŒnftiges Messer. Da es keine Klimaanlage gibt mĂŒssen die Storen immer geöffnet bleiben (Fensterglas gibt es nichtmal) und es ist sehr laut durch die Strasselage. "Wir hatten ein Appartment mit Gartenblick gebucht und bekamen ein altes Appartment mit Blick auf ein schmutziges, rostiges Vordach und weiter dann auf den Pool. Nachdem ich mich beschwert hatte, konnten wir am 2 Tag das Appartment wechseln. Das neue Appartment war renoviert und schön. Allerdings ist uns dadurch ein ganzer Urlaubstag verloren gegangen,da wir um 10 Uhr "auschecken" mussten aus dem alten Appartment und um 15 Uhr erst das neue Appartment beziehen konnten. Es erfolgte weder eine Entschuldigung noch Kompensation, was ich nicht in Ordnung finde. Dazu kommt, dass wir sogar Gold Member der Hotelgruppe sind und keinerlei der ĂŒblichen Goodies erhalten haben. Insgesamt geht das besser, wie wir aus dem Hilton resort auf Big Island wissen. Das Personal ist fĂŒr hawaiianische VerhĂ€ltnisse reserviert. Das Housekeeping ist super."
