« The property is located in Uvita which is a small quite area. The beach is not that easily accessed. The actually property was less than advertised. There are centipedes galore... I would go on a centipede hunt every night to remove them from the condo... and there were two cockroaches in the condo. There is not a tv, very few cooking utensils, pots, etc and the lack of air conditioning was a problem for the living room. We had all the doors/windows open one day and that night I was eaten by...

« We had a great stay at this well set up condo with outdoor patio. Comfortable bed and sitting area and basic kitchen supplies but adequate. The property manager was available when needed and gave us space when not which was nice! Short walk to the beach for a dip. The owner was lovely and communicative when needed. Would happily stay again! »

« A nice house that has fallen into disrepair. No response to maintenance requests, couldn’t take a proper shower in the luxurious bathroom because the shower head blew apart from air & water pressure. Then had no water at all the following day due to a problem in a downstairs unit. This is hardly a resort as they call it. And access to the beach is incorrect and not honored by the management of that property. »

« Good location between Ojochal and Uvita. Driveway into property not well marked, especially at night. Some deep ruts at turn into driveway, so be careful if not in SUV. Mono is a big unit, with nice balcony. Unfortunately, lack of screens on windows keeps it from cooling in afternoons and during the night. Nice A/C for the bedroom. Pro tip: you can walk to Villa Leonor at Ballena Beach Club. For the price of lunch or dinner, you can access Playa Ballena, one of the nicer beaches in the area. »

« L'emplacement est génial , c'est très proche de tout les plages,l'épicerie , pleins de bons restos . Le penthouse est très spacieux ,nous avons été surpris par la grandeur des pièces . Les terrasses avec grand ,une avec le spa , le prix était vraiment bon aussi en comparaison avec d'autre villa . On a literallement adoré notre séjour . »
