When we arrived the place had not been cleaned from the prior reservation. It was not cleaned until 8:30 that evening. We should have immediately been refunded 1/2 a day as we did not have use of it half the 1st day. The game room was in complete disarray and had not been cleaned either. The dart board was broken and on the ground and the entire place was filthy. Based on the lack of cleanliness of the place and the fact it was not cleaned from the prior reservation we should have been refunded the cleaning fee and 1/2 a days reservation as we did not have a cleaned place until late that evening and left because it was not clean so they could clean it. Not a place I would recommend based on how it is cared for. I had even asked and gotten reassured the place would be clean prior to our stay because i asked about it because of a prior review the previous month stating the place was not clean. They obviously have maintenance and cleaning issues that are not getting addressed. To this date i was not offered any refund or credit for the 1/2 day we did not have or the fact the place was not clean and the game room was not in fully working order (which is why we had booked in the first place). The game room is not attached to the home, this is another item that needs to actually be made more clear. Its in a shop that does not have heat a distance from the actual area you stay. Lastly there is no trash cans outside to put the trash so you are stuck with all your trash in the place.
