The 4 Seasons was a great place to stay. It was our home base and it was like coming home after a day of adventure-sitting in the sun even had a couple of javelinas come through; watching the humming birds, etc. The house was comfortable and very clean. Loved the fireplace. Thanks!

We stayed for a week. It was great. We have little kids so we had to “undecorate” so the kids wouldn’t break everything. They had a lot of decorations. Very nice place. Thoughtful and pleasant.

Home is in a quiet neighborhood within easy driving distance of downtown Cottonwood. The house is very comfortable and has a homey feel. The beds are extremely comfortable (for those who like soft but supportive beds). We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

I normally don’t give top marks for anything as I feel there is always room for improvement. However this place proved me wrong. This was our first Vrbo stay and the hosts couldn’t not have made the experience any more remarkable. The place was spotless and was exactly as described. Location was easy to get to but in a safe and quiet area. We felt extremely safe and comfortable. And anytime we had a question, no matter how small, they answered extremely quickly. It’s no wonder why they achieve 5 stars. I highly recommend this place. Thanks for the memories.

The home was very clean and comfortable perfectly decorated and well organized. Loved the views and backyard. Enjoyed the grill! Loved Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona and northern Arizona. Your place allowed us to reload for the next day’s adventures from the Petrified Forest, Winslow, Devil’s Bridge, Grand Canyon and so much more.

We loved our short stay in this clean, quiet home. We relaxed in front of the fire every night after hiking in Sedona and shopping in Jerome. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was in order. We'll be back!

Perfect spot to stay and explore all that is available in the Verde Valley. The home was centrally located in a quiet residential neighborhood one block from the desert. It was very comfortable, well stocked, and offered a garage. There were pretty views of the mountains, and a fire pit to enjoy in the backyard. Allison, the host, was readily responsive to any questions. Highly recommend!

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Nice neighborhood and quiet too. Quaint home with the amenities as described. Allison responded quickly with any questions which we appreciated. Beds very comfortable. And A/C worked great. Lovely backyard too. Nice view of mountains in living room was nice. Good location as well. We will definitely consider another stay in the future. This property was close to everything we needed but far enough away from the main streets it was very quiet. The house was clean, stocked with what we needed, the beds were so comfortable and we liked the fact we had use of the garage which was spacious. Allison was a good host as she let us check in a little early and I knew she was going to be easy if I needed to get ahold of her but we didn't need to. I would recommend this place!

Girls weekend! The Chocolate Walk in Cottonwood is why we came. Our stay was relaxing, just what we needed. This home was clean and provided us with everything we needed. There are cute little touches all over the house that make you really feel at home. We really enjoyed being in our pjs, sipping coffee, in front of the electric fireplace in the mornings.
