Outdoor living is easy at Kiowa Cottonwood. The living area opens up to a wrap-around outdoor deck complete with a shaded table and chairs for alfresco dining, comfy sofas around a firepit, and views that will have you gazing for days. The fenced backyard features cornhole boards and is perfect for both the kids and your fur babies to play.



Kiowa in Cottonwood comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests in three welcoming bedrooms. The luxury master guest suite features a king bed, large Smart TV, a quiet seating area, an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo, and a private patio with beautiful views over Cottonwood and Sedona’s red rocks. There are two additional queen bedrooms sharing a hall bathroom with dual vanities and a tub/shower combo, and a sofa bed in the common space. There are taxis, Uber (limited), and the Verde Shuttle, but we recommend guests have their own car. This is a small town and public transportation is very limited.



Other forms of transportation available in the area include the Verde Valley Linx Public Transport, the Sedona Shuttle (only operable Thursday through Sunday to select popular trailheads), Lyft (limited), and several rental companies providing rental machines for off-road adventures.
