The Barn is tucked into the back corner of 2.5 private acres in the Verde Valley, about 25 minutes from Sedona's trailheads and 7 from the tasting rooms of Old Town Cottonwood. Enjoy your morning coffee on the porch, listening to the birds; spend your day hiking the red rocks, visiting tasting rooms, or exploring the shops of Jerome; after dinner, relax by the fire pit and enjoy a sky full of stars. Three bedrooms sleep ten, the pool is private and fenced, and Level 2 EV charging is free. Quiet, roomy, and easy to reach, with none of the Sedona crowds at your door.

Inside you'll find an open floor plan built for a group: a full kitchen with island and bar seating, a high-top table that seats six to eight, comfortable beds, mini-split heating and cooling throughout, and fast WiFi. Two large covered porches face natural surroundings, a bit of a birder's paradise.

When you're ready to explore all that the Verde Valley has to offer, you'll find that you're right in the middle of everything: 7 minutes from Old Town Cottonwood with a wide variety of restaurants, shops, and wine tasting rooms, 15 minutes to the vineyards of Page Springs, 18 minutes to historic Jerome, about 25 minutes to Sedona's trailheads and red rock vistas, one hour and 15 minutes to the high country of Flagstaff, and two and a half hours to the Grand Canyon.

If you happen to be traveling in an EV, rest easy knowing that you can power your explorations with free, on-site, Level 2 charging (up to 11kW), offset by the Barn's large solar array. Charging is unavailable weekdays 4:00–7:00 PM (our utility's peak-rate window) — the charger enforces this automatically and resumes at 7:00 PM. During those hours charging may also be remotely slowed or paused. Weekends are unrestricted.

Pool & Fire Pit: The pool is private and unsupervised — no lifeguard is on duty. Guests use the pool, pool deck, and fire pit at their own risk. Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times in the pool area. No diving; no glass. Rescue equipment and depth markers are provided. Our full rental agreement, including the pool waiver, applies to all bookings.

Security Cameras: Please note that The Barn has four outdoor security cameras covering the parking areas, driveway, front entrance, the storage/trash area beside the house, and the rear of the storage shed. All cameras face away from common living areas and are conspicuously mounted. There are no cameras indoors or at the pool area. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
