« The rooms were adequate, bed was very comfortable. Since I stay at Quality Inns often, I did find the breakfast buffet as they called it sub par to most others I've stayed in. They should add a meat, sausage, bacon, or possibly anything, even corned beef hash which inexpensive I might add...Also other coffee, as they had the canisters there but empty.. « Above garage apartment works good for two on Jackson river. River bank is a bit steep at waters edge at property. Easy ride to bike path. Property is shared with other guests who stay in main house and share the driveway and parking area. »

« We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

« I would've given the property a higher rating, but the outside property is not what you're going to see that's listed in the photo.. the river is beautiful but...I sent the property manager many pictures of issues beginning with the lack of deep cleaning, especially for the kitchen ovens .. the one in the main house looked like it not been cleaned for a very long time..Our nanny found a sock with a substance in one of the drawers in the basement, and my daughter found dirty towels, and socks in...
