Communication was great however the property could do with a good clean. The windows and sills are very dirty. Blinds broken and ripped. There were some issues with the bedding not being clean but was corrected very quickly which was appreciated. This property is lacking in some basics that could dramatically improve the experience. It could do with a few things being fixed. Especially with the price being asked for per night. The WIFI was terrible and could not even support the smart tv let alone more than one device. Couch was uncomfortable and not practical for more than 3 people to be in the lounge. The kitchen was lovely but lacking in some basics to actually cook for a week. For example a grater or spatula would be good. No foil or baking paper or simple things like salt and pepper. The bathroom was also nice but the shower head had a hole in the side and sprayed water across the room. The backyard is wonderful with a beautiful tree etc but no out door furniture so was difficult to sit outside to enjoy it. No washing basket and only 6 old pegs. Our washing blew around the yard. No broom to clean and vacuum would not charge. The toilet door has a large gap so people can see you when in there so not very private.
