Dissappointing stay experience
I was really excited about our stay, but unfortunately, the cleanliness of the space left much to be desired.Unhygenic is a word to best to describe the property. The bathroom had left dirty from previous guests hair and sticky surfaces and there was visible dust on several surfaces in the living area, kitchen & bedroom. The floors appeared to have been neglected, with crumbs and dirt in places around the kitchen & in the couches were old popcorn from previous stays . Cutlery was Dirty and unclean from previous guests.we had had to wipe down the counters and the kitchen area before using them.Bedroom curtains were covered in dust and appeared to never have been cleaned.The mattress protectors were old and stained , pillow had blood on it.Cobwebs and dust everywhereFood particules on kitchen tableStains on the wall , such a shame as the property had such potiential.The host was responsive when I reached out about the issues, but the response was poor and that january was a busy month was the excuse for the lack of basic cleanliness, it definitely impacted our experience & if your thinking of booking i would explore your options.
