« Nice modern NEW building, good 180 degree ocean rooftop view, powerful AC, comfortable bedding, but needs some adjustments. "Swing" rope chairs at kitchen counter are very uncomfortable, and are of NO practical value. No toaster which is very strange. Initially no drip coffee maker, it was supplied upon request on day 3. No desk height surface for computer work, the dining room table is six inches too high for keyboard use and kitchen counter has no usable chairs. No plastic pitcher for drinks....

« Clean cozy comfortable rooms with individual air conditioners and remote controlled ceiling fans. Nice oversized balcony allowing you to enjoy a cup of coffee as you soak in awakening city, streets soon to be a buzz with scooters and taxis. Short 10 minute walk to the Mega Supermarket where you can find virtually anything. Roof top pool and party area includes areas to cook out and watch the sunsets. During the heaviest of rains the streets in Cozumel will flood, but it dissipates fairly...

« The apartment was truly as described. Very modern and has everything that you would need. Beautiful balconies with nice views. It was great having a TV in every room for those late nights. The rooftop pool and bar was a huge bonus. We would absolutely stay here again. »

« Kippal was not our first choice, let me explain. We had rented a condo along the beach south of town. Unfortunately, a hurricane, Beryl, had visited the island days before we arrived. The condo we had reserved had not power due to power lines being down, so the owners of the condo we very gracious to provide us with a full refund.
