« the room was comfortable but the whole property was quite clean though quite shabby and the bathroom was damp and there wasn't enough toilet roll and no spares available. the bed was comfortable and bedding clean and fresh. « Communication upon and during arrival was intermittent and took longer than anticipated. Many aspects of the apartment were less than ideal. There was a fresh spot of blood on the bed on the third floor, light bulbs were missing and continued to burn out, water pressure and hot water was very poor. Rosemary and Richard were a true pleasure to deal with, and their home is so charming and cozy, we definitely did not want to leave. »

They really made it feel like a home from home, and made sure you could have a cuppa even if you hadn't done any shopping before you arrived - I couldn't fault the place at all! »
