„It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price.“

„1st location is superb, across the street from Doak Camble stadium and 1.5 miles from Donald Tucker arena. 1 mile from the downtown area. Check-in was easy. It was very clean and very nice furniture. Will use again and recommend to my FSU fan friends!!!“

„We enjoyed our stay overall—the home was clean, nicely kept, and in a great location. Being only about 10 minutes from downtown and the FSU campus made it very convenient for getting around.That said, the property could use a few improvements in terms of comfort. The pillows provided did not all have pillow cases on them. 2 were in Shams, 4 were without pillow cases at all. „The place is better than the photos. Great remodel of the unit—well thought out and appointed. Aiden was great to work with on even the smallest questions. Everything so clean and neat. A few extras were stocked for the things we forget while traveling—phone charger, shampoo, lotion, nice quality towels, etc that seem normal in a hotel but are frequently lacking in a rental.
