« Heel mooi gelegen appartement op de begane grond aan een park. Wat kleine puntjes die opvielen; We misten 2 eettafel stoelen, de ‘huiskamer/eetkamer’ is niet heel comfortabel. De bed verlichting in de voorkamer is wat kil en fel. »

« Fully equipped apartment on the first floor with two large bedrooms and dito bathroom. Green field in front of the premises which is helpful traveling with a dog. Acces to the patio (garden) if needed. 15-20 min walk to the seafront with shops and restaurants. Host Andrew replied promptly to our questions and managed a parking spot FOC. Credits to Andrew. »

« Smaller than pictured. Nice kitchen, bathrooms and views. Easy parking. Adjacent to a very noisy street all the way to 2am in the summer. Not pleasant on hot days due to lack of a/c, and difficult to sleep with open windows due to noise. The renter needs to be in decent physical shape to climb two tall flights of narrow stairs with luggage. »

« Great little studio in the centre of Brighton, close to Pier and the Lanes. Parking is very difficult, but that's Brighton. Noisy street at night, but that's city centre for you. Easy access to building and studio, good communication with owner, good value for money too compared to other accommodation in the area. »

« The location is very good for being close to the beach amongst the lanes and amongst the vibrant area and is very spacious it could house two full families of four at least probably three at a push Downsides is the flat itself wasn’t clean under the bed we moved to join together was a lot of dirt and crisps and there was even a snail on the window frame in one of the bedrooms The pots and pans were clean but full of dust and had to be cleaned before use there is damp in the wall in the front...

« Great location near to the beach , perfect for our needs for the 2 nights we were there . Timely information all along the process and offers of support if we needed it . Good , clean apartment with loads of space , originally for 6 of us , but ended up with only 4 as 2 family members couldnt make it, but wouldnt have felt crowded if there were more of us . Great having 2 full bathrooms , the rest was kitted out with everything we needed . Recommend for short or long stay »
