Best summer ever!!!
Had a wonderful time with the family. Spent a week canoeing, reading, roasting marshmallows, catching frogs, playing board games and swimming. An experience we will all be sure to remember fondly! The cabin was clean, super comfy and had everything we needed for a family of 9. Thank you for hosting us! Would definitely love to visit again next summer!!!

Quiet and private
We appreciated the quiet, natural beauty of this location as well as privacy from the neighbors. The location was very convenient for our purposes, and communication with the owner was prompt, responsive, and helpful. A great respite for a couple of days.

Peaceful and pretty
The cabin was lovely - very well equipped. The location is ideal, very peaceful and pretty. Lots of trees, privacy and nature. We could hear the loons, saw lots of deer, turtles, etc. My grandson was in heaven.

Parking was small, all the upstairs beds were kinda hard
I know the lakes are low this year but was not able to dock boat for a lack of water depth in the dock area.

Wonderful!
My family and I had a fantastic time. What a perfect place! Feel secluded but close to restaurants/bars/shopping. You can walk right out to the lake and enjoy a lot of outdoor space. Saw deer and other wildlife. We will be back!

Lovely!
This is a great house with a great location, quiet and pretty area, the lake is beautiful. Perfect if you're looking for a more secluded place but still very close to shops and restaurants. The house is very comfortable and clean. We had a great experience and would definitely come back.

A wonderful property in a great location.
This is a nice two bedroom house that worked very well for me wife and new and our son with his young family. The main level living room and outside deck were large enough for all of us to gather together and the upstairs sitting room was perfect for when we wanted to apart. Having the kayaks there to be able to go out on the lake made our time especially enjoyable.

My husband & I found the cabin to be just what we were looking for in terms of a private and relaxing getaway. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the cabin was comfortable and tidy. The host was communicative and friendly and went out of his way to get us a canoe to use. Bonfires, wine, canoeing, golf, hiking and even an excellent local brewery made for a great vacation.

Charming, quiet and cozy! The cabin was clean and well equipped. Plenty of room for everyone to sleep; enjoyed having an open kitchen/living room space for visiting. Any questions we had they were very easy to contact and responded quickly! We would definitely come back next year.

Cute Cabin on Gorgeous Property!
We rented this VRBO for a wedding we attended 1.3 miles down the road, which was very convenient. It was about a 10 minute drive to Moonlight bay which was great. This cabin/home is beautiful and in tip top shape! I highly recommend this location for a weekend or week long get away. The check in process was simple and didn't come across any issues. The house is stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook and clean after. The property is quiet and serene to wake up to. The house is on a slight hill so you can look off the deck to the below area and water which was gorgeous. Hanging out on the deck was our favorite part! We walked around the property and down the dock, which was slightly underwater due to all the rain this year. If we had better weather, we would have loved to have a fire in their fire pit. Thank you for letting us stay at your home/cabin, we had a great experience and will certainly keep you in mind for the future!

Dirty house
The house didn’t seemed like it was clean at all when we arrived. Even had friends stop by who said it looked dirty. There were many screens ripped open in the screen porch and that let the mosquitos in. Beautiful house but extremely dirty and unkept!

Wonderful „Good bye Minnesota“ Trip
We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. Located in a beautiful surrounding it is close to great fishing and boat spots and also to groceries etc. The house was in good condition and the kitchen well equipped. The owner was very helpful. I can highly recommend this house for a great get away with family and friends.

Great Family Labor Day Weekend!

Great cozy cabin with lake view and plenty of nature!
My stay was for an annual girls weekend with friends from high school. The house was clean and welcoming. We had everything we needed and especially enjoyed that there were enough beds for us to all stay in the same room for some late night chats. We also enjoyed lounging on the dock and listening to the bullfrogs. We would definitely rent this place again.

Very charming place to spend the weekend.
Great decor, peaceful setting, relaxing and well appointed. Everything we needed to enjoy an MEA getaway with the kids. Short ride to shopping and activities in Nisswa. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for girls weekend!
My mom, 4 sisters and I spent a wonderful fall weekend here. It was comfortable and had everything we needed to stay up late talking and to get up early for more talking! The fall colors were beautiful and it was a perfect location to get to the shops in Crosslake and Nisswa. Great sleeping space and the kitchen island was perfect for potluck and card playing!

Suggestion-please have a regular coffee maker on hand as alot of people do not use a Keurig. Disappointed to not have cable as we planned on watching the Lynx game Friday night and the Gophers Saturday morning.
