Hotel Crouse

« Great property and well maintained. Would stay again if in the area. »

« I typically don’t care enough to write a review, I can think of better ways to spend my time. However, staying at Comfort Inn in Shelby morphed into an ultimately laughable experience. The property was in complete shambles, construction everywhere with dry wall pieces down the hallway, and the elevator lined in foam board. Our room was filthy-the microwave was never cleaned, the fridge wasn’t cleaned, floors weren’t swept, whatever, but when I went to take a shower, I couldn’t ignore the hair...

« Housekeeping only every 3rd day without notice when we booked the room. The price for a 3 stars hotel is too high, especially considering that it doesn't drop when less service is given. We paid up to 150$ a night and had to get towels, coffee etc ourselves »

« Bien en général pour ue étape entre deux destinations »

« Room has some smell. Curtain is partially torn. Floor is sticky. »

« The room was very clean and spacious. This room is one that I'd be able to stay in for a few days. It has a nice comfortable chair in the room too. The staff was wonderful too »

« Personnel extrêmement serviable et accueillant »

« Dirty in floor room but a good breakfast even if started at 7.am »

« The entry door to our room was very dirty on the inside of the room. And the bathroom door was the same way. This property does not have an elevator. All rooms are entered from the outside. The continental breakfast was very good. »

« Pas de lit parapluie alors qu'il avait été demandé avant, la chambre n'a été faite qu'une fois sur 4 nuits... Bref, mauvaise expérience »

« I stayed for 1 night but I felt like home and I want to say that the whole team is super welcoming! I would definitely come back everytime I travel around »
