For me this is the perfect location because it was close to the ocean but also close to things to do in West Hollywood in Beverly Hills and also close to bigger venues like Sofi Stadium and the Forum. »

The location is convenient and accessible throughout the day, which is a huge advantage in LA traffic, and likely would stay again if visiting the same areas of LA. There are three split AC units in the apartment, adequate to ventilate during the hot summer. Having a dedicated parking spot at this property is a huge plus, and made all the difference. « Very good location and comfortable apartment. It was easy to find and the garage was easy to access. Having a free parking space included was a great feature. However, the parent could be much better equipped when it comes to kitchen needs. Cleaning needed some improvement in the kitchen and bathroom. Host was very responsive and provided great instructions with many check-ins to ensure all went smoothly. »
