Wonderful retreat
We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful cabin. We were so impressed with the comfortable beds, access to television and wi-fi and gorgeous lake view. We definitely recommend this Cabin.

Solitude
Rained all weekend, but that was perfect. Sitting in the screen porch, looking at the lake, watching leaves fall and listening to the rain on the trees and roof. Awesomeness!

Just the spot!
A wonderful place to decompress and enjoy the outdoors. Lots of comfortable swings, hammocks, porches to relax on including the dock. Comfortable rooms and ample kitchen. Views of the lake and sunsets were the best!

Cozy cabin in a peaceful, beautiful setting!
I had a lovely stay at this Largon Lake cabin! The cabin itself was very comfortable, and was well-stocked with everything I needed. Everything was easy to find and use, the bed was comfy, and communication with the host, except for a glitch caused very briefly by a weird phone issue, was quick and easy. But for me the best part was the location, the view, and the wonderful lake access!! I had one evening and one day of rain, during which time the porch came in very handy to keep me connected to the lovely view and the peace of the lake. The rest of my time was sunny and bright, and I had a wonderful time taking a kayak out onto the lake every day, usually at sunrise and sunset. Just beautiful!! And I loved spending some time sitting outside in the back yard by the lake reading and soaking up the peace and beauty. It was so lovely I only left once--to go into Cumberland to get some groceries I had forgotten (I was able to find everything I needed at the grocery store there--small but a good variety of items!). As a something of a birder, I loved seeing (and hearing) Sandhill cranes, a pair of cormorants on the lake, my daily eagle sightings, and a pair of swans (tundra swans?). All in all, it was a great retreat at the end of the summer. Thank you for making this beautiful spot available!

Relaxing Bach Party
A small group of us ladies just finished up a relaxing weekend on Lake Largon as our bach party retreat. The cabin was so cute!!!!! It was a peaceful area on a beautiful lake. Im sure we will all be back!!

This property was great! Clean, full kitchen, quiet, nicely decorated. Felt very homey. Eric was great to work with, timely and accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property.

Great cabin

Considering the prior ratings we were disapointed
Well the cabin is small and cozzy... but not as clean as we expected. The stove top needet a good scrubbing before we could use it. There was lots of dust and spiderwebs. By the lake we found 3!!!! fishhooks in the gras by the fire pit. Gladly nobody stepped into one. For the rather high price of this cabin we truely expected a bit more...( cleaner) the washer dryer combi took forever to get a load done... Overall it was ok.... But... the nature was amzing we never seen so many Stars or wildlife... the lake is a bit shallow but ok... filled with lots of fish.. turtles and other cool animals...

Fall getaway
We started out a little put off.. I never received an email with the key code info, so I thought there would be a note or something left there. There was not and we had no cell service so we backtracked about a 1/2 mile back to town to get reception and call vrbo who quickly got us the info we needed and sent us the original email we were supposed to get. After that everything was amazing!! Cozy little cottage! We went on a walk along the snowy road, built a snowman. Fished off the shore since the dock was pulled in. Made a campfire and drank hot chocolate, had game night with the games we brought and games provided, very relaxing!!!! We did struggle the 1st night with the heat it was only 60 degrees in the cabin and it was freezing so we ran the space heater while the cabin warmed up and it worked out fine! Will definitely need to come back in the summer when we can get out on the lake!!

Annual Reunion for Adults
This is a very nice location, easy to find, beautiful sunsets, very quaint and Cozy Cabin. We were able to enjoy the kayaks, paddle boat, canoe along with the bonfire pit. The weather worked out to our favor since we are in October to enjoy the great outdoors that was available to be offered. We had 4 couples and I wouldn't say the beds available were for 4 couples per say but we did make due with what we had available. If we find our way back in the area, we would rent this place again.

Family Vacation
We had nice family away time - especially in light of the pandemic - this was an ideal type of vacation. The property is great and the cabin is well-kept. Beautiful shoreline, although the lake is a little murky. The one thing I would point out to future guests is to be prepared to take care of your garbage. There is not an outside garbage can and you are expected to take all of your garbage with you and dispose it it - there is not garbage pickup.

Family Cabin Getaway
We really enjoyed our stay at Largon Lake cabin. The cabin was fully equipped as stated and made our stay and cooking experiences a breeze. We loved using the kayaks, lake toys and paddle boat. We did not use the canoe as we only found 1 paddle, so we were a little bummed about that. We LOVE to fish so we were excited with the description that we would catch panfish, northern and bass from the dock but that was not the case and all we caught the entire time was bullheads. We talked to some locals and they confirmed the lake has had issues with an overabundance of bullheads. The cabin itself was cozy, spacious and welcoming. The beds were comfortable. The sunsets while sitting on the dock are breathtaking.

A beautiful cabin in the woods overlooking a gorgeous lake.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy well equipped cabin. We would absolutely recommend this for a couple who wants a romantic getaway or a family looking for and outdoor adventure. Check-in was easy the combinations are wonderful. Canoes kayaks fishing pier. Their is a fire pit and gas and coal barbecue. The only problem is that I wish I owned this place. Thank you kindly :-)

Cozy and very cabin-y
This cabin was lovely! It was cozy and very clean and full of useful features such as paper to help start fires in the fire pit, and lots of outdoor lighting to get around outside in the dark. The beds were comfortable and the screened-in porch is fantastic! The shower is very small but there was plenty of hot water.

Nice quiet getaway
Stayed here for 3 nights in early June. Had the lake to ourselves, beautiful kayaking around the lake. Caught many fish right off the dock. House is clean, exactly as pictured. Kitchen is set for simple meal prep, plenty of towels, linens. Comfortable beds. Very rural area, not a lot of shopping or dining venues. Enjoyed the fire pit, thank you for the matches and paper for starting! Used the kayaks, thank you.

Grandma and her girls had a great time here. Plenty of sleeping space, kitchen was completely stocked and the view was so pretty. Beach toys, kayaks, canoe, fire pit, all was great but the lake was green and no beach. All in all a great cabin in the woods!

Amazing
If your looking for a place to relax with no weird worries this is it. This place was everything we were looking for. Everything was set for us upon arrival including a built fire in the fire pit outside. Very clean. The screened in back porch that overlooks the lake was perfect to sit in and relax. Will definitely be back
