Ken's Place - Cozy & Fun in Cumberland Wi

Our unique and cozy house in Cumberland offers a great place for family to gather and enjoy the area. Split level living offers multiple spaces for family to enjoy games or relax and watch a movie. Convertible couches makes the living room a true swiss army knife, sleep, relax or play! BBQ out front with custom meats, brats and more from Louie's Finer Meats across the street! Located in the outskirts of the city is quiet yet very convenient!

The main level is the original part of the house, which has been completely remodeled and updated. It has a large fully stocked kitchen with breakfast bar seating, dining area, and small smart tv. The main floor bedroom suite has a queen sized bed, smart tv, room-darkening curtains, and a bathroom with shower/tub combo.

The top floor is accessed by a half-flight of stairs. There is a nice open living room with two brand new convertible couches that can be configured into two queen beds or up to four twin beds, instructions are easy to follow and prominently displayed. The washer and dryer are tucked away in the upstairs closet. The primary bedroom and bathroom feature a queen bed, smart tv, room darkening curtains, and large walk-in shower.

The lower level is a half-flight of stairs down from the main level, and is the party area! It includes the Budweiser-themed bar! There are two smart tvs to watch multiple games, and a full stereo system. The bar is fully stocked with supplies, just add your beverages of choice! The bar has a new queen-sized murphy cabinet bed, with easy-to-follow instructions prominently displayed. There is a half bathroom and access to the oversized garage, which has ample space for vehicles and toys!

Outdoor spaces: The garage is accessed from Comstock Ave., and has a large driveway. The front yard (main level on Babcock Ave.) is fenced with a patio, table, chairs, fire pit, gas and charcoal grills.
