« Nice views from most rooms in the home. »

« We were thrilled to be on the Thunder Bay river. My family likes to fish off the dock. It is shallow at this point and peacful. We were able to use one kayak. The second kayak was too filled with rain.water and too heavy for us to turn over and drain it. The deck is a lovely place to sit or eat and watch the river, except that the seat cushions were soaked with rain water also. I suggest a deck storage box to store the seat cushions when not in use. this will keep them dry and ready for use....

« It was a perfect vacation getaway. The beach was in great shape but the lake had a lot of seaweed at the end of the deck. The homeowner was very interactive when we had a small issue, had someone there in minutes to fix it »

« Great home! Very clean and with all the things we needed for our stay. Walkable to Churchill Pointe Restaurant. We brought our paddle boards, spent our days hanging on dock, and rented a boat for an afternoon as well. Water is super clear and amazing for swimming. Fire pit for s’mores at night rounded out the trip. Derek is incredibly responsive, and was able to work with us when our dates shifted from what we originally planned. Would definitely stay again! »

« When we first arrived, we immediately noticed the beautiful view, open & spacious living areas, as well as the cleanliness of the home - the floors were literally shining! « Quiet location, easy access to lots of Michigan outdoor activities. Wide open space with lots of beds (7-8 beds total, but limited privacy). We were primarily just looking for a place to sleep and it fit the bill perfectly. Billiards table to enjoy. Lots of seating and lots of space if you had a larger group. Plenty of towels in the bathroom. Easy to tidy up since it's all linoleum flooring. »

« Our stay was incredible. Our family rented this place 8 years ago and it was amazing to return! Our family had a place up on the lake for over 50 years, but sold it a couple years back, so it was so nice to come back to the area. We loved our stay and created many wonderful memories here. We hope to rent it again soon! »
