The hotel is in a great location, close enough to the central area such as Da Lat market but just far enough to miss the noise coming from it, esp. the night market. We booked a 3-bedroom suite and each room comes with its own bathroom which was perfect for 5 of us. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The sink/toilette/shower all in one bathroom design is not our cup of tea as the bathroom is always wet and you always have to worry about tripping and falling whenever you just want to use the toilet or the sink, left alone leaving anything in there to get wet. It’s a common thing in Vietnam and space efficient but we just didn’t care for it. The customer service is top notch in this hotel though. The receptionist helped us with luggage, as well as recommendation with local restaurants ,guide our driver on parking, etc., all with a smile. We definitely would stay again next time we’re in Da Lat.
