The house was big and spacious and met our needs for a large family group which was nice. The check in process was a little overkill… every time I thought we were done, I was asked to give one more thing. The pool - the selling point of the house- was disappointing- not clean, broken tile, and the cleaner was left in. The pump also was not running. It rained hard and there was a lot of water between the house and the pool. A plan for better drainage needs to be incorporated because it left the area messy after the water receded. We had an issue with the master toilet, called the number and someone came immediately to repair which was very helpful. I would recommend putting a better couch in the house. The futon looked like it would break when my group tried to sit there. We fortunately didn’t have to use it much. We visited mostly at my sister’s house. My final issue came a few days after we returned when my future son in law showed me bites from what we think was bed bugs from where he stayed. He slept in one of the beds in the large living room with four beds. This house has a lot of potential but there needs to be some things addressed to make it better.
