Chill by the pool or lounge in the hot tub, & when you’re ready to mosey out, our golf cart will whisk you to charming shops & eateries on the square. It’s perfect for couples or small groups who don’t mind sharing a cozy space for a truly unforgettable stay.

Just minutes from Historic Downtown McKinney, our newly renovated studio combines modern farmhouse charm with our guests’ favorite perks: access to a sparkling pool, hot tub, and backyard retreat that feels like a private resort. Spend the afternoon poolside, unwind under the stars in the hot tub, then drift off in our luxurious king-sized bed. In the living area, get cozy for a TV binge or a board game throwdown—don’t y’all hold back now! The kitchen is fully equipped for you to whip up a feast, and the bathroom? We’ve stocked it with Bumble & Bumble, FarmHouse Fresh, and L’Occitane. You’re basically staying at a boutique spa with a Southern accent!

Just a heads-up, sugar! Our Carriage House is tucked above the garage, so you’ll climb 15 stairs to reach your private retreat. Along the way, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful custom mural painted by a local artist—a little touch of whimsy that sets the tone for your stay. A sturdy handrail is available the entire way up, but we want to make sure everyone in your group is comfortable with stairs before booking. For the bathroom
**We've stocked the bath with Bumble & Bumble shampoo & conditioner, Farm Fresh body wash & lotion made right here in McKinney, and L’occitane handwash. So go ahead, get all prettied up, darlin'.

**Don't you worry about the toilet paper; we've got the good, three-ply stuff. We don't mess around when it comes to comfort.
