The House communication is extremely horrible. This is my second time running from the company. My first experience was subpar. It took me over an hour to even get into the property because the access code to the door was incorrect. No one had checked the keypad because it was beeping due to batteries being low, but I decided to give them another try for this trip and the key fob did not open the side door and the key fob did not open the door to the unit nor did the keypad light up so we could access it. I could not reach anyone on the phone. I had at least three different numbers texting me. I even sent them videos that it was not working. One of the text messages instructed me to go to the office of the property, which is not my responsibility. I am the guest. So my son and I had to go rent a hotel for our trip because we cannot get access to the unit so I will not recommend this property. The customer service is extremely horrible and there was no offer of a credit or half off or anything just so oh I’m sorry then I received a text the following day from the same number asking me how was my stay and I was very confused because I’ve already explained to them that we did not stay there. We left to go find a property that we could actually gain access to.
