I could not come due to a winter snow storm in both GA and in TX. They said they would cancel the booking and I would get a refund since its under Vrbo's policy. They keep referring me to customer support when customer support has told me 4 times now that the host has to be the one that gives the refund since they use a 3rd party system for payment. I have been going around and around just for them to scam me out of my money and of course now that I know the truth they have stopped responding to me. Now I know why many people wont choose this place and host. Do yourself a favor and avoid this headache of trying to get in contact with anyone and resolving any problems.
