Overall this hotel should not be open until the complete renovation is done. Only the 1st floor and lobby area are nice. I had two rooms on third floor. The bathrooms were dirty. The tubs needed to be replaced. We had to clean both bathrooms before we could use them. The mattresses in one room smelled as if someone had left human waste on them. Some of the appliances did not work. Outside of the lobby area near the bench, rats were seen running around on the ground and even one inside the hotel lobby area.
The good thing about this hotel was the day staff. In spite of the problems, they made every effort to make our staff as good as possible. However, the night staff should not be in customer service. She was rude and dismissive.
I believe if given the proper time to complete the renovations, this hotel could be good!
