Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!! There was Egyptian guy in reception with zero customer service experience, I asked him to provide more keys for the apartment since we are 6 person, his reply...

Also, I found a guy in the same hotel faced same issue I experienced from expedia. Unfortunately, I used the chat support, but their reply was "we can't help you with that"! »

« The acommodation is far from hotel service We were three persons, it was suppose to be furnished appartment but we got One tea spoon for all of us One fork for all of us One glass for all of us No knife One towel for all to use ( hotel policy) Reception very far from friendly and you should speak arabic to communicate No cleaning during your stay The Reception has no control on the screen to see the booking, he use whats up to chat with the owner who from his side (home) confirm your check in...
